What’s BPEWS Membership

Every private sector employee is invited to join BPEWS. This is the opportunity to build up a supportive, healthy, and secure work environment that enhances the overall quality of work life, social value, boosts morale, and increases productivity. BPEWS is to ensure professional excellence & continuous professional development of all members all over the country.

Membership Eligibility Criteria

All employees of private sectors are able to apply for BPEWS membership. Every member has to keep full confidence & respect on the constitution of BPEWS.

Only professional members shall have the rights to vote, join at council and rights to elect as a member of executive committee.
With paying declared fees, all employees of the private sector are able to register as General or Lifetime Members.
Life-time member means till death. For lifetime members have to pay a society-declared amount at a time.
He/ She is not less than 25 years of age on the date of application for enrollment.
He/ She must have at least 3 years of job experience in the private sector.
He/ She will be unable to receive membership if subjected by any criminal case or treason case.

Membership forms need to be attached by any founder member of BPEWS. Need to enclose attached docs as below:

Recent Passport Size image – 6 pcs
NID card photocopy
Job ID Card

Membership of BPEWS shall consist of the following categories:

Professional (Employees of Private Limited/ Public Limited/ NGO)
Non – Professional (Fresher[Job experience < 3 years ], Job seeker, Retired govt. employees)

Disciplinary Action and Appeal
Society has the right to take disciplinary action against any member who violates any rules & laws of the society’s constitution. As well as members have rights to appeal against the action through the proper way. But acceptance of appeal will be decided by a disciplinary committee.

Cessation & Termination of Membership
Cessation will be executed if any member who has not paid his/her membership fee for consecutive two years shall hold to be membership of society. He/ She shall have to pay full registration fee for re-enrollment, including all arrears dues, but may be exempted from payment of the arrears by the board.

Termination will be executed if any members who have not obeyed the Constitution of society, subjected by any criminal case or treason case, mental and physical disability, proven of financial corruption and due to join a government job.

Resignation :
Any member may resign his membership by written communication to the Honorary General Secretary, who shall put up the same to the general meeting board for consideration. The resignation shall take effect from the date of receiving the application or such other date at the discretion of the board concerned.

Rights and Privilege :
Members of the society shall, subject to this constitution and the Bye-Laws made thereunder, enjoy all the rights and privileges as may be conferred by the society from time to time.

Membership Fee
