The function of society will be operated as per the Society Constitution and operated by;

Highest Policy Maker Committee (HPMC)
The supreme power of society will be assigned to HPMC. The HPMC will play the role of the highest observer and advisor. The HPMC will co-operate with CEC for the sustainability & development of society and the greatest interest of private sector employees. The reform of Constitution (if any required), CEC, DEC and yearly financial budget will be approved by HPMC.

Central Executive Committee (CEC)
The CEC will be rearranged every two years during the General Election. CEC will run the daily operation as per society Constitution and advise of the Highest Policy Maker Committee. The CEC will be accountable to HPMC.
Criteria to be a CEC member:

• Age: Minimum 27 Years.
• Job Experience: Minimum 5 years
• Membership: As a general member at least 3 years.

Divisional Executive Committee (DEC)
The DEC will follow and execute the order & advice of CEC. The DEC will be rearranged every two years through the General Election. The DEC will be accountable to CEC.
Criteria to be a CEC member:

• Age: Minimum 27 Years.
• Job Experience: Minimum 5 years
• Membership: As a general member for at least 3 years.
