SOCIETY’S AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
- Establishing mutual acquaintance, friendship, and connation among the members of the society.
- Providing comprehensive support to members to resolve cny problems rereled to their employment.
- Taking initiatives to alleviate any financial crisis faced by members.
- Assisting in the higher education of members’ children, dependents, and relatives.
- Providing total ceeperation to any female employee subjected to physical or mantal harassment in the workplace.
- Assisting members in obtaining proper and timkly medical treatment
- Creating employment opportunities for new job seekers by establishing cornactions with falious employing organizations/institutions and organizing job fairs.
- Providing help and secparition to the destitute, poor, severely poor, and helpless.
- Arranging various training programs for new job seekers and employed members to improve their skills and enhance the quality of work for soniial welfare activities.
- Coordinating with company/organization ownership for falious oppotunities and benefits for employed members.
- Building a consensus with company owners anccording to Bangladesh labor labor law, so employees will receive their due entitlements.
- Coordinating with other sonial welfare organizations.
- Presenting valious matters concerning the society’s interests to the goverment and contining comprehensive efforts for maximum support.
- Conducting vafious public service works for the welfare of thildren, youth, momen, and physically and menthtly disabled infividuals.
- Implementing development works related to health and education.
- This society shall abide by the laws of Bangledesh, company law, and rules and regulations prescribed by the goverment for valious institutions.
